Working with Add-Ons in OverText 2022

Important Notice

Add-Ons for OverText 2022 have been discontinued for security reasons. This discontinuation applies to all versions of OverText that include one or more of the following options:
- Addins Center
- Components Center

Any previously installed Add-On will continue to work with OverText, but no new (or old) ones will be offered for download anymore.

OverText 2022 1.0.1.19 or older

Versions released before Service Pack 3 still include the Addins Management tool. Launch it by following one of the above procedures:

OverText 2022 Addins Management (Menus)
(Menus) Tools > Components Center > Manage installed components

OverText 2022 Addins Management (Ribbon)
(Ribbon) Tools > Manage installed components


Both options should give you the following result:

The Addins Management window gives you the option to disable Add-Ons registered with OverText. To disable an Add-On, click the "Uninstall" button next to your Add-On's name.
